First of all, it was nice to call the store and have someone from the store itself speak to you in English. I called other stores in the area and got frustrated because I could not understand them and I knew they were a call center. I called this locally owned flower shop, and they gave me a great price for the flowers and guaranteed delivery. The other companies did not guarantee a delivery. They gave me a gap of dates, ( 13-16) still not guaranteed. The flowers were beautiful and looked just like the pictures. I also ordered a box of chocolate which is also locally made, and you can pick which chocolate can go in the box. Then Natasha was kind enough to send me pictures of the Valentines' Day cards that they had in the store so that I could pick one. Overall, a great experience and will order from them again in the future.
