City Blooms absolutely saved me! I had ordered a bouquet from another florist to be delivered to my sister in the hospital same day, and after half the day had gone by, they cancelled for no reason. In a panic, I contacted City Blooms and not only did they get the flowers to her within 2-3 hours, the bouquet was absolutely stunning and looked exactly like the website photo. My sister was so happy and got lots of compliments about them. Great service and product!!!! ---- Florist's Response: Thank you so much for sharing this, I'm so glad we could step in and brighten your sister's day when you needed us. It means a lot to hear the bouquet matched the photo and that she received so many compliments. We appreciate you trusting City Blooms in a pinch!

What an amazing first experience I had ordering flowers from City Blooms Oviedo. The flowers were absolutely sunning & delivered in such a timely manner. Thank you so much for making my mom the floral arrangement of her dreams. We were both highly satisfied.
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.
